This is a brief update from the BSI office as many of you are wondering about the status of the Royal Albert Hall Gala.
We have not yet been able to arrange a new date for the Gala. The RAH is working hard to reschedule events but as they always run a full calendar, it is unlikely we will be able to pass on details of a new date until next year.
In the meantime, we are liaising carefully with our insurers to explore how to recoup the expenses incurred for the Royal Albert Hall. All tickets purchased from the office have been refunded, as well as any fees for participating in the National Workshop. The Royal Albert Hall is refunding tickets purchased from them directly; this is out of our control and if you have not yet received your refund, you should contact them. We are unable to consider refunding registration fees until a decision is made by the insurers.
