Teacher Helper Registration

As we prepare for the forthcoming British Suzuki Gala, the time has come to ask our wonderful Suzuki teachers to volunteer to help make this amazing event happen!

We are asking for teacher helpers in ALL INSTRUMENTS and would ask that you complete the registration form, even if you have already emailed us or volunteered to help. This way we will have all the information in one place. Please note all teacher helpers need to be a member of their National Association or ESA.

You will need to be available from 8am until around 6pm on Saturday 08 April and from 8am on Sunday 09 April until all the children have been signed out at the end of the concert. You will not be needed for all of this time but a final schedule will follow with all details. Please be prepared for two long days! We would also like as many teachers as possible to attend on Friday 07 April for briefing and orientation to ensure the smooth running of everything for the whole weekend. We anticipate this briefing will be from 5pm-6pm.

If your own children are participating in the concert or playtogether, they will need to be accompanied by someone else as you will have different timetables from them and will not be able to chaperone them. Please also note that if you have a small baby, we will not ask you to help this time. We know that sometimes it is possible to manage at events with a baby, but for this massive event, we will need all our helpers to be fully available to look after other young performers.

You will NOT need a ticket to the concert if you are an official helper. You will be in the Hall throughout the concert but will not have a seat.
