BSMA GALA WEEKEND 2027 Schedule

Friday 26th March 2027
Meeting for all teachers, leaders and helpers. Late afternoon/early evening. Time & venue TBA.

Saturday 27th March 2027
(All activities take place at the Midlands Arts Centre, B12 9QH)

8:00                  First registration begins
9:00–18:00      Mandatory Rehearsals

Rehearsals for the different groups will take place at different times of day. More details will follow after registration has closed.

Playtogethers for children not participating in the Gala concert will run at this venue during the time of rehearsals.

Sunday 28th March 2027
(All activities will take place at Birmingham Symphony Hall, B1 2EA)

9:00                    Registration begins
10:00-13:00       Rehearsal
15:00                  Concert begins
17:30                  Estimated end of the concert

All timings are provisional. When planning your travel, please allow time for the safe return of the children and the possibility of a concert over-run. We recommend that you make your plans based on a leaving time of 18:45 on the day of the concert.
