LECTURE 1: SOUND OF MY CHILDHOOD: THE SUZUKI FAMILY ACROSS GENERATIONS

How does learning an instrument with the Suzuki method shape your everyday life? For the Biss family it's a multigenerational affair. One mother's decision to start lessons with the Suzuki method created three Suzuki children who in turn became (not all at the same time!) musicians, Suzuki parents and Suzuki teachers.

Please join Hannah Biss, chair of the BSMA trustees, and her sister Rosie and their mother in a talk on the power and joy of music-making and on how the Suzuki philosophy can become a way of life.

This event is free for BSMA members but a ticket is required; please book at the bottom of the page.

We hope lots of you can join us for this fun and interesting evening!

Information to all people who registered for tickets has been sent out. Please check your spam if you did not receive it.

Email [email protected] if you would like to book a last-minute place or did not receive the Zoom information. It will be checked at approximately 6pm UK time and replies sent then.
